With PayPal, we only record the symbols required to identify the transaction with PayPal, issue refunds, and recognize transactions made through PayPal .
10) International Transfers
The site www.otinguema.com is hosted on Squarespace located in the United States and whose coordinates are indicated in the legal notice. For this reason, some data may be transferred via our host in the United States. 13) Retention of data
The personal data collected will be kept throughout the commercial relationship between the Customer and OTINGUEMA and for a period of 24 months from the end of this relationship. However, the data can be stored and archived for a longer duration in compliance with a legal obligation, and this in accordance with the laws in force.
